After weeks of researching pricing across different car lease firms, Pink were the most competitive. A big mention to Anissa for her patience during the quote process and speedy responses to all correspondence.
When the vehicle was ordered, we were advised of a sooner delivery time but there were some delays at the Port (out of the hands of the lease company). Anissa kept me in regular contact and managed to prioritise the delivery to meet my requirements once the car had cleared its checks.
I found Anissa the most proactive contact through all of the lease companies that we contacted and came up with the best deal to win the business.
Certainly would recommend and have nothing negative to date to mention about the experience.

We have used Pink car leasing twice now and both time have had a great experience. Throughout the process we had prompt replies and any questions I had were answered. A special thank you to Billy Ward who was so helpful and helped me order my car. The delivery date was 2 months after the initial delivery date I was given but I had asked why there were delays and I had quick responses and I understand there is nothing that can be done as it is down to the manufacturer. Great team and great experience would recommend!

"Awful company, steer clear if you’re on a time crunch "

Awful company. I recently wrote a review which I took down because James Underwood stated “ I will investigate the facts behind the manufacturer delay in your new vehicle in the morning and come back to you by close of play.” This was 2 days ago still nothing. Then today I received a call from Barry stating that they have to go ahead with a new credit check as there was an “error in the system” mind you they just did a recent credit check less than a week ago after the 3 months lapse in waiting for a vehicle and paperwork has been signed. So now my credit rating will decrease because of this “error”. This company is beyond unprofessional and their customer service is reprehensible as you can see from the responses of “we have no record of your order” on Trustpilot replies. Steer well clear of this company especially if you are on a time crunch of any sort. They will give you the run around for as long as they feel like and it will be your responsibility to follow up and call every week to get an update instead of receiving updates as soon as they receive them. I’ve been waiting over 6 weeks for a vehicle that they said is at port a long time ago. You would think that you’re doing them a favour with their lack of proactivity and the response “ We mentioned the fact that we don’t charge for our services as you stated its as if we are supplying you a car for free.” is extremely cheeky since I’m not responsible for their lack of “service fees” and neither does this mean that customers shouldn’t receive “service”…terrible experience.

Edited to add: you can see the passive aggressiveness stated in the response highlighting reviews I’ve written previously. Absolute joke of a company in terms of service. Of course I would share my negative experiences to stop others from encountering/going into businesses like these…jokers.

After 2 days and 2 credit checks on my details and delayed responses the email “update” I have received is:

“ I hope you are well.

Can I just cross check, that based on your complaints, you still require the vehicle? Or would you like the vehicle order to be cancelled?” Which is all the information you need really…

Update 24Apr24: they have cancelled my order for leaving a bad review. I will not be editing this response further. Laughable.
