I am honestly so impressed with the team at Pink Car Leasing. I’ve used the same leasing provider for 10 years plus and this time I had a look around for the most competitive deal and Pink came out on top by a long way! The sales team (Bradley in particular) was so helpful and patient whilst I explored varying terms and mileage options and he found me the perfect deal that suited me. The lead time was accurate and all communications from order to the car arriving were spot on.
The car was delivered promptly and by a lovely guy who made sure I was happy with the car and took the time to explain how to use certain features. I received a follow up call post delivery to check everything was okay and I’ve even had a lovely welcome pack sent through the post.

I am a very happy (new) customer to Pink and I’d 100% recommend them to anyone looking to lease a car with a friendly, professional and experienced team. Big thank you from me.

Good internet set up. Clear on pricing and T&Cs. Always quick to answer phone and try and help. Seems a pretty well run organisation. Expedited car delivery for me. A little technical issue with car that needs addressing but sure that will be supported by Pink to sort it out. Have already recommended Pink to others.

I've finally had to cancel my vehicle with this company. Dreadful customer service from start to finish.
Not informed initially of the wait time for interim car hire.
Was then quoted more money because I wanted it quickly - £50 discount offered
Was then quoted £123 delivery charge (not mentioned previously).
Liam went on holiday - no hire car delivered, despite him claiming he'd ordered one.
No reply from alternative contact Christopher
Apparently no car ordered - apparently someone called Brad had spoken to me - never happened

Then received an email announcing the Dec delivery of my vehicle
Very slow to respond to emails
They don't like being criticised, no apology or recognition of any responsibility or explanation of what went wrong. Absolutely appalling customer service
Cancelled yesterday - no reply - had to chase them up today to get confirmation
