"Worst customer service- rude call handler ever "
On there website they say 43 minutes I have been waiting 3 hours on the motorway still no help. The guy who handles phone calls is very arrogant and rude. He doesn’t care if you’re in a live lane , or you’re at high risk I don’t know how he got this job but if the manager or owner of this business read this review they should listen to the recoded phone calls and see how he treats customers. I strongly advise you to cancel your policy and go with a different breakdown company. I have been paying £15 a month for a year now and when I broke down they disappointed me.

"Car breakdown."
Car broke down and I contacted Motoring assistance with my problem. They checked my details and car details and proceeded to send out a mechanic to look at the vehicle, car couldn't be fixed at that point and so I then had to re call for a recovery vehicle. Recovery vehicle came and hitched up the car and took the car to in this case Audi. Both mechanic and the driver turned up on time, both were polite and courteous.
Would recommend to anyone looking for vehicle breakdown cover.
