Abzocke!!! Die Firma ist nicht zum Treffpunkt erschienen. Haben weder angerufen noch gehen sie ran. Wir mussten selbst ein Mietwagen organisieren.

Il trafique le terminal de paiement pour que votre carte de crédit soit refusé. Et ils vous vendent une assurance complémentaire hors de prix pour vous donner la voiture. Ce sont des voleurs. Agence de location à fuir

HIT will charge you even if no damage ocured and you had full package of insurance.
HIT will also charge you for trafic fines which you never get or even seen.

"En fälla för att betala extra försäkring"

Jag vill varna folk med ”HIT rent a car” eftersom vi känner oss lurade. Vi hyrde bil på webben hos dem på Antalyas flygplats och de hämtade oss nästan 1 timme försent och skjutsade till deras kontor utanför flygplatsen, på ett nytt byggområdet som fanns ingenting öppet på natten. På plats tvingade dem oss att betala 325 euros EXTRA på en Plus försäkring som vi inte ville ha eftersom de ville inte tåg emot våra Debit kort. Vi har inte haft problem att betala med Debit kort på andra rent a car företag. Men de tar våra Debit kort om vi betalade PLUS paketet för bilen.

Min man och jag bråkade och var oens, jag ville komma tillbaka till flygplatsen och anlita någon annan men de erbjöd sig bara att ringa en taxi (som vi skulle betala själva) eftersom de kunde inte köra tillbaka och vi skulle inte heller få tillbaka pengarna som vi hade redan betalat för bokningen.

Till sist behövde min man betala Plus försäkringen och vi fick en nergraderade bil som vi inte hade bokat.
När jag klagade om bilen, fick vi en bättre bil men den hade redan punktering. Så vi fick den nergraderade bilen som var tom med bränsletank, smutsig och med repor och det låg skräp i den. Allt händelse var kl2:00 mitt i natten och med våra tre barn.

Efter, har jag kollat recensionerna på Google och tyvärr är vi inte det endas som har blivit lurat.

"Extremely poor customer service"

Extremely poor customer service, they try to scam you into buying their Kasko insurance by declining your credit card. I had a valid credit card but they wouldn’t accept it and cancelled my reservation unless I paid £250 for insurance, do not rent a car from this people

ACHTUNG-ABZOCKE-BESTELLEN SIE nicht bei HIT !!!
Am 23 Dezember 2024 wurde ich vom Flughafen in Izmir abgeholt und in der Nähe zur HIT Autovermietung gefahren. Dort wurde mir gesagt dass meine Kreditkarte kann die Kaution (900 Euro ) nicht decken .Aber wenn ich eine Zusatzversicherung für 175 Euro abschließe, wird es gehen. Absolute Abzocke und Lüge. Ich sagte nein, da ich schon eine extra Versicherung abgeschlossen habe.Darauf der Mitarbeiter mit arrogante Art sagte ich verschwinde seine Zeit und es gibt für mich kein Auto.
Absolut Menschenverachtend , wir mussten nach 22,00 Uhr noch Taxi nehmen und 80 Kilometer fahren.
Mann kann sich nur wundern das dieser Machenschaften kein Ende gemacht wird.

"SCAM, SCAM, SCAM !!!!"

This company is a fraudulent and deceitful business. I found them through the Economy Booking website. Their prices were extremely low, which is actually part of their scam. Unfortunately, I made the mistake of booking a car with them for two weeks.

Imagine this: I arrived in Antalya at midnight with my family (my wife and young child). They took us to the middle of nowhere in the dead of night. After checking my documents, they claimed that none of my three gold credit cards were working, even though I had used these cards multiple times to rent cars in Turkey, Spain, Italy, and Greece.

My only option was to purchase their insurance, which cost three times the price of the car rental. At midnight, with my wife and young child, I had no other choice.

In the end, they gave me a dirty, smelly transport van instead of the car I had reserved. The vehicle was in terrible condition. I am sharing photos of this filthy and disgusting car with you in Google reviews.

This company is a scam. Please, please, please don’t be fooled by their low prices, and under no circumstances rent a car from them.

"Disaster "

I rented a car thru Discovercars. They didn't accepted my Swiss Mastercard for hold 900euros. They told me my card not working I have to buy additional insurance I called my bank, my card was fine. Hit rental just wanted sell extra insurance for 240 eurós. We left hitrental with taxi to the hotel.. I called Discovercars to get other car from different company,but only get a car next day for more expensive. Careful! Don't rent from them! Scam!!!!
