Wir haben über billiger-mietwagen.de ein Fahrzeug gemietet und sind mit dem Flugzeug nach Antalya gereist. Die Firma hat vor Ort erneut 220 Euro Aufpreis verlangt, da ich an die Angewiesen bin. Meine Kreditkarte funktioniert nicht sagten die. Habe mit meiner Bank telefoniert, es gab kein Problem mit der Karte. Die unterbrechen bewusst die Leitung. Ich habe kein Fahrzeug mitgenommen und bin mit dem Taxi weggefahren.

Ich habe kein Fahrzeug von denen bekommen, weil ich mich geweigert habe 220 € zzgl 55 Euro für Kindersitz zu bezahlen. Der Preis fürs Kindersitz war ja ok, aber die 220 Euro nicht.

Complete SCAM. Let me explain how they do it to save other people. So this is all about trying to get you to upgrade to their insurance policy which is twice the price of the original car hire cost booked through a third party. They keep their price low on comparison sites so they can come top and then force you to sign up to their insurance. They then ask for your credit card, once provided they press the red button on the card terminal to end the process, they get a print receipt which they show you to say your bank declined the deposit. I called my bank and showed him the online statement, the bank said no payment was attempted, I then told him to show me the process. That's when I saw him press the red button to end the process which gave a print out of the process which he said was the bank declining. He then said the only way was to pay the £550 insurance fee to mean a security deposit was not necessary. This is how they make money, not from the cheap car hire.

They also have two different rooms, when customers come into the same room that one customer is already in they are escorted to a different room to wait. Just so the new customers can't hear the process and see that the same thing that happened to the other customer is also happening to them. It's a classic scam and I wish I read all reviews before getting tricked by the low price on the comparisons site. Please be careful of them..

SCAM rent a car. They will say you card does NOT work to sell full insurance
Unfortunately, the Hit Antalya tries to apply the "card is not working" scam and says that you can only rent if you take out full insurance, which costs the same price as renting the car. In other words, it doubles your cost. I have 4 cards...and none of them worked on Hit. I used it in several countries and even within Turkey. In other words, pure scam. Of course I did not accept. I remained calm, managed to do a search for Kayak and found the Green Motion option, with a price a little higher than Hit. Luckily there was availability. My card worked normally there. Yet another proof of the fraud of this Hit gang. I have all the proof and photos... Recommendation: spend a little more and hire a serious company and avoid the discomfort and stress of having to go looking for another company. It is not a robot trying to harm the company.... it really happened to me today.

A few weeks after my vacation, I noticed that nearly xxx € had been charged to my credit card without my knowledge. When I investigated, a person at E** informed me that I had received a fine of xxx TL, which turned out to be a mistake. They also promised that the overcharged amount of xxx € would be refunded. Unfortunately, this has not happened to date. I tried to contact them several times afterward, but at some point, I was ignored. Later, I noticed that another amount had been charged to my credit card by the same rental company, and I immediately had my credit card blocked. After conducting more detailed research online, I found that this company had done the same to many other customers (foreign tourists). Please check the reviews.

Je souhaite partager ma mauvaise expérience avec HIT RENT A CAR a IZMIR lors de ma récente location de voiture en Turquie. Tout a commencé dès mon arrivée, lorsque j'ai découvert que l'agence se trouvait à 7 km de l'aéroport, dans un endroit complètement isolé, ce qui n'était pas clairement indiqué lors de la réservation.

Une fois sur place, après avoir préparé le contrat, le personnel m'a informé que mes deux cartes de crédit professionnelles ainsi que ma carte personnelle ne permettaient pas de fournir l’autorisation de la caution bancaire. Cela m'a semblé extrêmement suspect, car je n’ai jamais rencontré ce problème avec d'autres agences de location. La seule "solution" qu'on m’a proposée était de souscrire une assurance supplémentaire à 35 € par jour, ce qui aurait ajouté 245 € au coût total de la location pour une semaine.

Il est évident que cette situation était une tentative de manipulation pour me forcer à payer des frais supplémentaires, ce que j'ai refusé. J'ai dû retourner à l'aéroport pour louer un autre véhicule, cette fois sans aucun problème de caution bancaire avec une autre compagnie.

Je suis très déçu par cette expérience et je déconseille fortement HIT RENT A CAR. Cette entreprise manque de transparence et semble profiter des clients en situation de vulnérabilité. Si vous cherchez une location de voiture en Turquie, je vous recommande vivement d'éviter cette société.

Achtung Abzocke! Sie holen dich vom Flughafen ab und fahren dich in einem Ihrer Office um die Formalitäten zu erledigen. Nach Ankunft heißt es, dass die Kreditkarte nicht funktioniert und es keine Kaution hinterlegt werden kann. Hierzu muss eine „Vollkaskoversicherung“ abgeschlossen werden. Laut meiner Bank wurde keine Anfrage gestellt. Meine Kreditkarte funktioniert tadellos. Auf die Frage nach einer Versicherungspolice reagieren Sie extrem trotzig! Wir sind dann mit dem Taxi nach Hause gefahren und haben uns für einen namhaften Anbieter der direkt im Flughafen ansässig ist entschieden.
