They say the credit card doesn't take the deposit and then they try and sell you the top insurance spoke to my credit card company and said there's nothing wrong with the card.What's an absolute scam of a company stay clear?

Als wir Vorort waren, hieß es plötzlich, dass unsere Kreditkarte nicht funktioniert und wir eine Vollkaskoversichetung abschließen müssen. Damit waren wir nicht einverstanden, da unsere Kreditkarte eine Vollkaskoversicherung beinhaltet. Wir haben dann gesagt, dass wir die Bank anrufen und nachfragen, was mit der Karte sei. Denn die funktioniert sonst ja auch überall. Das gefiel den Herrschaften nicht, als wir sagten wir rufen schnell an und fragen nach, wurden wir hektisch unterbrochen und der Mann wurde plötzlich ganz unfreundlich und sagte, er habe kein Auto mehr zu vermieten. Entweder mit Vollkasko oder gar nicht.
Haben mit Baby auf dem Arm nachts stundenlang da stehen müssen. Wir haben am Ende einen Taxi gerufen. Es ist leider ein Trick,wie wir später erfahren haben.
Böse und unehrliche Menschen. Schade, dass wir den Urlaub so beginnen mussten.

1st: we waited 1 hour at the exit of the airport because no one !

2nd: they gave us a car without fuel by making us believe that there was a full tank of fuel.

3rd: they made us wait for 30 minutes in front of their rental agency and because of that, we almost missed our flight!

4th: they charge us €350 more for insurance by making us believe that it is mandatory!

To conclude, this is the worst car rental agency I have ever seen and if you want to have a good vacation, don't go to them!
