I have only recently started to use Aircraft Model Store. I have to say my experience has been very positive. The website is easy to navigate and use to place orders. Customer service personnel are friendly and efficient. Items are generally shipped very quickly with delivery within a couple of days. Plenty of choice, including pre order items. I certainly have no complaints.

Have been ordering regularly for a while now... while I have to say that most of the product quality is great, there is not sufficient communication during the shipping process. The shipper also is partly to blame in the sense that there is no prior intimation of WHEN the delivery lands up at the doorstep unless one keeps tracking the order. Still awaiting clarity on my most recent order. Says it is in a Dubai warehouse since yesterday. But no clarity on when I will receive it in Abu Dhabi. One area to improve IMHO...
