I love using AMS for all my model needs. The team are super friendly and very quick in sorting any issues. Luckily, I’ve only had one or two small issues but the team go out of their way to help out. I would highly recommend AMS for all your model needs, no matter what you are after.

One thing I would like to see from AMS is for customers who have been long term customers to have a pay on release option. This is offered by other model collection website and this would make AMS perfect.

A very helpful member of the customer services team called Aubrey (and another called Josh) was fantastic when I had an issue with dispatch dates in time for my son's birthday (the mistake may have been mine). Communication was prompt and friendly, took consideration of my request and, in short, they saved the day for an excited ten year old. The items were very happily received by the air travel enthusiast and great quality, well packaged etc. I have no hesitation in recommending the Aircraft Model Store to anyone else and I'll definitely be a return customer.

Love this company it’s really good to buy model planes from people need to stop Saying that they keep on asking to refund a plane and it’s not letting them order surface isn’t being good. It’s because you need to make an account. Also I’m reading one that was saying that they got this plane for his son‘s birthday. He was nine and he said the landing gear broke off because he was playing with it. First of all don’t give, a collectors item that’s not gonna go well second of all it’s a literal place for models and not for it never says anywhere playing says collecting feel very bad for the company because people are probably reading these reviews and buying from them so serve very good so far I’m in Canada so it’s kinda longer shipping time but still good nonetheless one week waiting now but that makes sense so yeah please buy from here!

On the product page this says ‘order by 2pm shipped same day’. Model airplanes are my autistic son’s special interest at the moment. He has been so excited. Just rung to find out where they are, “If you look at the small print they’ll be dispatched in 1-2 weeks”. I complained about paying for quick delivery, I was told that’s the way it works you pay in advance for quick delivery once they are in stock!
The reply that the shipped same day only applies to items in stock doesn't address the fact that items not in stock still say 'shipped same day' and you have to look at the small print to find out if they are indeed in stock or not!
