Lebara advised for cheap international call rate, and this perhaps is its unique advantage or seling point for it go as you go contract. But the truth is that it often not working, after reported it several times, nothing has been done, which lead me to conclude Lebara is not bother to fix issue. I regret my purchase and will not recommend it to anyone if you think it is god deal for using it for making international calls

I used a link to take out a sim only deal which was advertised as half price for 3 months. No discount was applied and on contacting them was told I had not entered a promo code - no such code was visible at time of purchase. Very annoying to be told I’d have to cancel my sim and repurchase if I wanted the discount when I have just waited to port my number over - very disappointing start
