Imran was very diligent and concerned to get to the bottom of the issue. ( It turned out that it was my error). He even phoned me back to double check all was well.
We are extremely pleased with Lebara services, the call was answered promptly.

Over the past week Lebara have promised to call back on 6 separate occasions, they simply don't. Unable to solve a problem they promise to call you back, hoping that you will go away!

Lebara DISHONEST script for dealing with issues they can't / won't resolve :

" I CAN ASSURE YOU THAT SOMEONE WILL CALL YOU BACK TODAY"

" I PROMISE THAT WE WILL GET BACK TO YOU TOMORROW "

" WE HAVE ESCALATED THIS....."

" WE HAVE PASSED THIS ON TO OUR COMPAINTS TEAM"

Don't waste hours of your life being lied to.
AVOID LEBARA.

"Beware - porting lapse"

Port-in request to transfer my old number into Lebara, which was successfully submitted is still not completed despite receiving a confirmation and two working days.

I lost my old network but the transfer is still pending. My mobile number is not working and not activated on the Lebara network.

Ofcom regulation states that the transfer must be completed in one working day.

Great customer service. After being with O2 & three mobile since last 15 years, I switched to Lebara & very satisfied with their service. You can use your UK allowance in EU, India & many other countries. Their customer service is very quick and effective. Rutuja, a customer service agent provided great service & even gave me 2 GB free data when I was on roaming. I would definitely recommend Lebara over other network providers..
