The only "friction" I got from this claim is that the solicitor that I was put in touch with is not very forthcoming with updates or anything. I'm finding myself having to chase them.
Sickholiday on the other hand have always been prompt with their responses.

Lack of communication if you want a update you have to call them if they answer! When they do quite short and abrupt borderline rude.
Sometimes your lucky and a polite lady answers, my case has been going on for nearly a year. No idea what's going on as not kept informed!

In my opinion this is a waste of time, my girlfriend and I both got really ill on a trip to Dominivan Republic, rang these guys and all seemed well, slow but progressed even told m an amount but then suddenly sent an email saying case dropped, when I read it they had dropped it because my case wasn't stron enough, they had gotten all my details wrong and then said it was too late to change them... totally their fault but refused to speak about it and just fobbed me off. Dont waste your time.
