Very quick to get the ball rolling and extremely helpful in my circumstances where some of the information needed I didn't have. Having had a family trauma in the early stages of my claim I found them to be compassionate and understanding in there being some delay in getting information to them. Still awaiting an outcome but up to now I am positive that the horror of the latter part of my holiday being ruined by salmonella will give me some kind of positive outcome.
