So I was told I wouldn't be making any payments to put forward my claim and turns out I would have to pay to make the claim... £1000! If I chose to not make a claim I would have to pay a fee of £250. Having being told that wouldn't be the case, I was incredibly angry to say that they had falsely advised me along with sending me emails on a daily basis forcing me to sign the claim form to accept all the terms and conditions and make my payment- even though I have emailed back three times asking them to stop. Terrible company, far too persistant leaving me not able to sort out my situation of being ill on holiday.
