Worst customer service ever!! Stay away from this company! Very aggressive and rude guy who just hangs up the phone on your face. He doesn't even know how to talk like a human being and resolve the issue which has actually been caused by themselves, he is unprofessional and has a poor customer service.

Dear Appliancecentre I am writing here as you don't reply to my requests for a receipt/invoice for the Miele Washing Machine I bought in November 2022, despite what you say there were no emails from you on either 14th or 21st November. I have had to send Miele my bank statements to confirm that I bought the machine. Since it was installed by your guys the machine moves when it's on spin. I had my previous Miele washing machine for 24 years, in the same place for 8 of those years and it never moved. I paid your guys to install it and will now have to pay up to £269 to have it fixed.
