I ordered this fridge freezer for standard delivery 2-5 days when I checked my account the order just displayed processing I tried contacting customer service but got no response then this morning I get a message my order was going to be delivered in an hours time and was I going to be in shouldn’t customers be given more notice like the day before or am I just meant to stay in every day just in case my order turns up
I know when I ordered the freezer and I used your chat service and received no reply plus if my account said the order was still processing on Friday evening when I checked then suddenly Saturday morning I get a message saying it would be delivered in 2 hours should you not let customers know the day before plus your driver could not even find our address and my partner had to walk down the road and give him directions

Purchased a brand-new Miele washing machine from the Appliance Centre. it’s was promptly delivered and installed flawlessly, without any issues.everything was done with utmost efficiency.This came after a disappointing experience with another popular retailer who failed to properly install the machine.The team at the Appliance centre knew exactly what they were doing and carried out the installation with absolutely safety.Not to mention, the Appliance centre offered a savings of Over £150.Overall,It’s was an excellent experience.

The repairman that came out to fix my washing machine, refused to drain it but assured me if I bought a new one, the shop would take my old machine away, even though full of water. I paid £84 for his visit and bought a new washing machine for £404, which included recycling and installation. However, on arrival today the workmen refused to change the washing machine. All involved were aggressive and rude and I have lost over £500. At no point was I rude and aggressive and I am shocked by their dismissive and extremely rude behaviour. I have had no refund to date or any contact from the shop. Do not use!

I purchased a washing machine, engineer booked appointment, I waited in all day for delivery and they didn't turn up. I called up, they rebooked for next day and arrived late.
I had removed the old washing machine, so should have been an easy job, putting in a washing machine. The delivery guy was struggling to get the machine in place, he was like a bull in a china shop, getting frustrated, to the point of leaning against the plaster board and using both feet to push the machine in, he cracked the plaster board. I asked them to stop and leave without the washing machine, not put in place, as i was concerned of them causing any further damage. They took a picture of the crack on the wall with there IPAD, when I spoke to manager, who only would give me his first name, Sam, was very rude, shouting at me on the phone. The manager said the delivery men, completed denied this ever happened. I sent email, but there was no reply.
I went to the shop and he was rude and totally not interested in what I, as a customer had to say.
Why would I ask the delivery guys to leave without the washing machine, being put in place, if I didn't have a concern.
I now regret, not buying from a bigger retail company.
I am happy to verify my review as a customer. I hope the positive reviews, get verified as well.

"Poor service"
Goods were damaged so cancelled order. No communication from them and had to constantly call. Refund procedure not explained and very slow (still waiting).
