Ordered an integrated dishwasher from appliance centre, they delivered it to me on time and installed without any issue.

"Poor service. Hung up on me"

Engineer failed to turn up and I had to chase to get an engineer. Part was needed. On 3rd working day Appliancentre said the part had not arrived and did not know when. I complained and Appliancentre hung up on me twice and refused to take my calls. Today on day 5 I called and they still had no part and suggested I ordered it myself.

Very poor service. I am now using an alternative repairer

Cancelled my order with no reason or no email just issued a refund which still isn't with me and left me without a cooker 2 weeks before Christmas and can't order another one yet as waiting for refund. Absolutely disgusting I wouldn't even rate 1 star if 0 was an option
