"Website doesn't work"
Website doesn't work - orders just hang on processing. Tried to redo multiple times and the same happens. No order confirmation received. When i called I was told the order went through thrice - i wouldn't have known if I didn't call. No communication as to when oven will be delivered and installed. When tracking order online it says complete despite still not receiving the oven. Rude on phone when asking for update.
Was only told on the day that delivery was coming.
Delivery and installation team were very good though - quick and efficient.

2 Stars. Ordered item for home delivery. Order was then cancelled because they dont deliver outside of London. Nowhere obvious did it say this while going through the check out. In an ideal world, if this is the case, the system shouldn't accept orders with a delivery postcode they dont allow. Positive is they issued the refund quickly.
UPDATE: Downgraded review to 1 Star. Although they said they issued refund, it didn't go through. Have chased them on the phone 3 times over the period of 10 days. Was promised calls/emails back. Thankfully paid with my Amex, so they have now stepped in and are dealing with this.
UPDATE: It's a shame they only reply to reviews on here, and not phone calls and emails, even tho they promised "by the end of the day" 3 times!. Cannot warn people enough. Keep clear of this company.

It’s Dec and still no reply from them!
I am a tenant, the washing machine at the property I’m renting broken down, the landlord bought a replacement from Appliance Centre. As I was to be the tenant giving access for the installation team landlord provided Appliance centre with my phone number. The day of the scheduled delivery none showed up, was waiting for hours, had to call many time to be informed that they won’t make it on that day and rescheduled.
On the second attempt there was some issues with the installation and took longer than expected. Landlord had already paid £135 installation fee but engineers demanded cash from me. I explained that I’m the tenant and I can’t reach the landlord and if there are any outstanding charges they should settle it with the landlord.
There were two men in my living room keep asking me for money, and being female alone at the property I felt better pay them and speak with customer support to clear this up.
Two months later, 12 emails and countless of calls I still have no resolution. Appliance Centre does not provide me with an explanation as to why I got charged, they refuse to reply to my emails and give me a refund. Landlord needs an email from Appliance Centre verifying the situation.
So I can’t get a refund from Appliance Centre and I can’t claim my money back from landlord as customer service wont provide details as to why the extra payment was needed.
For them £80 is probably nothing but for me it’s 2-3 weeks food shopping! In this day and time that every pound counts they chose to treat people like that..

I ordered a fridge on th 11/11/2022 received an invoice via email payment got took out of my account and was pending them taking it today on the 17/11/2022 I contacted them to inquire where my fridge was and when it would be delivered only to be told that they had cancelled the order because they only deliver in the London area so anyone who is reading this and is not in London don’t waste your time ordering anything from this firm

But I had to pay a electrician 80 to fix a light interrupter after the installation.

They could be more communicative (I had too chase for a delivery date) and the first delivery was cancelled on the day, but they came the next day, fitted the new machine and took the old one away, all fine.

I made a purchase which was immediately refunded but i recieved no communication from appliancecentre at all - about the purchase, the reason for the refund etc. So i am confused to recieved this trustpilot request as i have not managed to make a purchase! Very dissappointing
