I am quite pleased with its performance. The dryer works well, delivering efficient drying results. It handles clothes of various materials with ease, ensuring they come out dry and soft without any damage. The settings are simple to navigate, making it user-friendly even for those who are not very tech-savvy.
However, the delivery process was a bit disappointing. The product arrived later than expected, which was inconvenient. But once it arrived, the dryer’s performance made up for the delay.

"I booked a repair appointment for fix my microwave"
I booked a repair appointment for Saturday, but didn't receive a response until Monday. When someone finally called, they said they would be there in 30 minutes. The engineer arrived promptly and was very professional. However, after diagnosing the issue, they discovered that the necessary part for my microwave model was out of stock. Not only was that part unavailable, but the entire model didn't appear in their system (Out of stock).
The initial visit cost me £70. After the engineer checked the part together, I noticed it was actually priced around £110. If I purchased the part and needed another service call, the total cost would be £250 (£70 + £70 + £110). Considering that the same model microwave new costs only £230, this repair seems impractical.
UPDATE:
1 - I booked on the website on Saturday for Monday without receiving any email confirmation until Monday morning
2 - I wrote my issue with all the details numbers and models
3 - As I mentioned the engineer was really really professional, is the system that doesn't work well
