I like the ease of trading futures on Ninjatrader.
Their customer service is a library of several articles with vague answers. They will email you, but no one will speak with you. Very frustrating.

I was getting error while creating NT account, when I contacted support below is the response I got
" ...after careful consideration of your application, the decision was made not to move forward with the account. Futures brokerages are a highly regulated industry, and there are many potential reasons for an account to be declined. Per company policy, we do not disclose the factors that led to a declination decision."
What the Heckk? So you are rejecting customers and don't even have the courtesy to explain why it was rejected? At least tell the reason so that we are aware what is the issue!!!

The young man who helped me could not have been more patient or more helpful. We were on the phone for perhaps half an hour and he walked me through all the steps of getting my password and login problems until everything--and I do mean everything--was thoroughly--and I do mean thoroughly--sorted out. I am very much in his debt. He should be in the top slot at salary review time!
