Platform has a lot of issues and they refuse to work with developer--just send developer canned replies(Viper trading systems) its very difficult to get 1 on 1 help slow moving--when I finally get support results normally great but lose a day or 2 trading due to slow response.

the support on forum is really good (it's free!!) and the amount of communities using ninja is also large!
