I am 64 years old retiree & also a physically handicapped. Thinking that i could get myself some little allowance, i submitted the minimum payment to Ellandroad to learn about trading.
One nice guy ISMAIL will talk n "pressure" you to top up where he will teach you in all his ways how to maximize the credit card funds. My credit card had over funded me 150% of the maximum allowed and i finished my personal savings as well. all in all was usd 13.2k They will fished you with all the profits they got from OIL & GOLD.. but then tell You that your present deposit is too low to trade in these 2 trades. Yea, TOP up more n they will advise you to open up some very screwed-up trades where You will gather all the negativity. Tried to STOP trading twice when i sold off everything in Negativity and requested the balance back, they will slow-talk n persuade you to TOP up your deposit again n trade stupidly again from the start. Finally when YOU have finished every dollar in your trade, they will tell you this - " I HAVE TOLD YOU TO TOP UP BUT WHAT DID YOU DO? YOU HAVE CREATED ALL THE NEGATIVITY AND WHAT DO YOU EXPECT? I CANT SIT AROUND ALL DAY FOR YOU UNLESS YOU PAY ME USD500K OR USD1KK - SO THAT I CAN FULLY SIT DOWN BESIDE YOU AND COACH YOU - FOR YOUR 13K USD INVESTMENT !?" ..Lesson learnt - Stay as far as possible away from HERE - its another burning hell on Earth.
Of course - You already blocked me from any login but fyi I have got many pages of history when I was there.

When they finally BLOCK me from logging in at Ellandroad - ADGUARD Has blocked access to this page when i tried to login 2 days after Nov 03.

I have got every page of the trades, my transaction of money being top up, communication from the chat we had we the broker. I will continue to post this everyday and made this public everywhere i could.

Basically, I had a lot of issues when I installed the software. Adrian and I first communicated via several emails. When then did a 35 minute call the next day and he resolved all the issues. He was friendly, patient and informative. However, it seem to take a long time to get anyone on the phone.

For many days, I had a lot of problems with the platform. I was not able to fixed it and was trying everything, so finally I decided to call to NinjaTrader Support. The agent who attended me was Erick P. I have to say that I didn’t expected the attention he gave me. Really professional, patient and decisive. We made a phone call and trough TeamViewer he could check and fixed absolutely everything was wrong in my PC. And in spanish, my tongue language. So thank you very much to the support team and special attention to Erick P.
