Today is Sunday. I first requested assistance on Thursday then again Friday and Saturday, but it wasn't' until Kimberly took the time to read my request and answer it that it was resolved. I understand your techs must be very busy but it very frustrating when emails for help are not read correctly or in my case even ignored because they were assumed appropriately answered.
