I highly recommend this great company if you are looking for fresh, thoughtfully packed and carefully delivered, BEAUTIFUL flowers; whether for yourself (yep, you ARE worth it😊) or for a loved one. Oh...and they pick up your old flower boxes on next delivery, which keeps the recycling bin from overload!!

**update** in the end, FF sent a replacement bunch of flowers which are beautiful and much better quality that the original bunch delivered. Customer services ultimately very helpful, but just took quite some time to resolve.

Have ordered a number of flowers before. Generally good quality but this time quite disappointed, especially at £45. Some of the stems were drooping from the outset. Really detrimental to the overall look of the flowers. Initially offered 50% off another box which I didn’t think was good enough. At £45 a box flowers should be immaculate. I understand I am now receiving a replacement bunch but yet to receive. Whilst customer services seem responsive, taking a lot of time to resolve.

Have had plenty from Freddies but this bunch topped the lot!
Sceptical of too many grasses, but this arrangement was put together perfectly.
Only minor negative was the life of the roses (3 days) but this can be excused as a wow factor for Valentines upon delivery.

Wow, I can't explain how much I love Freddie's Flowers. I was buying a subscription from another well-known flower subscription service (B&W), when the flower quality started to dramatically decline I wanted to change to an alternative. I had seen adds on Instagram for Freddie's Flowers, I checked Reddit and saw that tons of others had jumped from B&W to Freddie's for the exact same reason. I bought a standard bunch to try, they're STILL stunning 3 weeks later. I've changed the water every few days and given a little trim, I can't tell you how delighted I am. I thought I'd test the larger bunch out to see the difference in size. Today I received the showstopper and wow, they really are show stopping! I love everything about this brand. The video tutorial on how to arrange. The paper insert with information on what flowers you received and extra pointers on how to arrange. Flowers bring me so much joy and Freddie's Flowers really goes that extra mile.
