Whilst the let down of my 91 year old father’s Valentine’s Day flowers for my mum not being delivered yesterday was disappointing, shortcomings of DPD were made up by being phoned today by Freddie’s to say a bigger, better bunch would be coming tomorrow. I had left a message after hours yesterday and was very happy with the customer service. Mistakes happen, it’s how you deal with them. Will use again for sure.

"Die Lieferung war unvollständig+ kam einen Tag zu spät"
Die Lieferung kam einen Tag zu spät. Dadurch waren die Blumen nicht mehr frisch. Zusätzlich fehlten auch die Tulpen in dem Strauß, was quasi die wichtigen Farbkleckse gewesen wären. Ich bin sehr enttäuscht und kann den Service nicht empfehlen.
Edit: der Kundenservice war sehr schnell und hat mir einen Teilbetrag rückerstattet, dass fand ich fair.

"Recommended"
I have had a subscription for nearly a year , at first I thought ‘why have I committed to this ?’ But I love the flexibility of the subscription , most of all I love the quality of the flowers and they last so long . I could buy a cheaper bunch but I am not sure they would give longer lasting pleasure. If you like fresh flowers once a month I would recommend Freddie’s Flowers.

"Appalling…"
I have just received a box of Freddie’s Flowers from a friend and they were certainly not fabulous. They looked like they were just dumped in the box along with dry wrapping and were completely dehydrated. Some are completely beyond saving but I will try. Add to that the fact that the delivery driver threw the box over the gate without ringing the bell (which I have on CCTV) I wouldn’t recommend them in any way other than they actually arrived and were not lost in transit.
I just want to add that I was contacted by a representative of the company after my review who apologised and also contacted their original customer, my friend. They are investigating the issue and have refunded my friend so I am pleased about how this has been resolved.

Ordered £60 bouquet for Valentine’s Day, based on picture, however flowers came in cardboard box without any hydration all droopy and not arranged. If someone had shown how it’s actually delivered would have never ordered it…
Caitlin from Freddie’s got in touch after this review and apologised for the issues I had. They also refunded the money which these days is a rarity from a vendor. I think the website should make it more obvious how the flowers are delivered to avoid confusion.

"Poor quality"
Quality of the flowers are really quite poor for the price charged, the roses I received had petals just falling off it. I understand if the outside roses are a bit rough but the entire flower was almost disintegrating. You do not get as many flowers as photographed either more foliage than flowers

Have been with Freddie’s flowers from quite near the beginning of their journey. If I’ve sent a gift, it’s been on Time and the recipient has always been delighted. I have flowers regularly and have always been very pleased with the quality of the flowers. They aim to please and our super helpful if any queries highly recommend.

To open a box from Freddie’s Flowers is truly a delight. The flowers are superb quality, bright colours and fresh which is so very important for the sender & the lucky person who receives the box.
The instructions inside on brown paper are fabulous and allows you to create a stunning bouquet in your own home.

"Cannot cancel subscription "
If you have a subscription for Freddie Flowers expect that subscription to last for a life time. I have emailed a number of time with no reply to cancel my subscription and they still haven't got back to me.
When I wanted to cancel my Wild and Bloom subscription it was very quick and simple , Freddie Flowers make it impossible to cancel
