"Incredible Level of Customer Care!"

Having previously had a Mazda, I was swayed into getting a new one as my ownership experience was great. From sourcing the car, fitting my specified acessories, hand over and a few problems which had nothing to do with the dealership, nothing was too much trouble. Communication was great throughout with me being emailed if there was the slightest event or when I forgot to ask a few questions.

Overall i honestly cant fault the dealership , 5 star rating :)

I first went to JENNINGS FORD STOCKTON on 29th March 2012 to see what they could offer me on purchasing a new vehicle.I looked round for at least 10 -15 mins without being hassled, which i liked,a nice change i thought.Then a salesman came outside said hello and left me to it(again very good).After a few more minutes i was ready to talk to someone,it was then that the salesman asked if he could help me,we went inside to discuss exactly what i was looking for.I have to say what an excellent service i received.Polite,courteous and friendly,nothing was to much trouble.I came away with a very good deal and i picked up my new car on the 19th April.Am over the moon with it.I would definitely recommend JENNINGS FORD STOCKTON for your next car.By the way the salesman was called NICK ROBINSON,top bloke(even if he does support West Ham),can't all be perfect.The one thing they don't do well is their tea machine! AWFUL please avoid.

We were happy with all aspects of buying our first car at Jennings that when we decided to buy a little run around for myself we went straight back. Everything is dealt with quickly and efficiently and the car was serviced and cleaned ready to be pick up.
