The dealer sold me the car and promised me that when i take it in on the date (a week later) he gave me they would sort the scracthes out and fill the large deep scratch on the back driver side bumper.
I took my new car back in on the date provided and they didnt do as they promised!!
They sorted the scratches out but only painted over the main scratch on the back driver side bumper where as they should of filled it etc.
I know three people who work for Mercedes Benz and they would do as they promise and make a better job than Ford would and Mercedes Benz would keep the customer happy!!

I ordered on the Sunday afternoon and the items were delivered on the Tuesday, and I was told when they would be delivered. Although the carriage is extra the mudflaps were still cheaper than my local Ford Garage, bargain!
