Work result experience is satisfactory. The only complaint I have is the discrepancy between the actual arrival time and the time informed to me on the phone. At 9:30, the technician told me they’ll be arriving 11-1pm; but at 10 am they were at my door. Having mobility issues, I was in a rush to change my sleeping clothes. My son who was sleeping let the in. They started to do the work and were done in less than 20 min. While I was going down on the stairlift. The head technician informed me what he did: tightened the toilet bowl to floor bolts and he changed the’ wing nuts’ between the tank & the bowl, saying the regular ones were better. Overall the work is . He explained what he did. My only complaint is the said time of arrival and the actuall time of arrival. This may not be an issue for normal customers but not for customers with disabilities like me.
