"I bought my Brother a refurbished Mini…"

I bought my Brother a refurbished Mini Desktop Computer so he'd be able to work from home when his office closed due to the
Covid-19 Pandemic
Everything was going fine until a month after it's warranty expired. The computer just wouldn't turn on .I called the company and they sent me a video showing how to unscrew the side of the computer and repair it...I was horrified ...First I was 3000 miles away from the computer and even if closer I'm just not savvy enough to be diving inside the hardware. My brother is even less savvy than I
so I hunted on google to find a repair shop.
I called a few places... when I called the "Computer Repair Doctor" I was very impressed with the questions they asked and their willingness to solve my problem. I emailed them the video I was sent,told my brother to take the computer in, and crossed my fingers hoping it could be repaired.
SUCCESS!!!
The problem was NOT the issue they sent the repair video to solve (Thank goodness I didn't whip out that screwdriver) but much more complicated.
The "Doctor " was kind enough to give me a detailed summary describing the steps taken to repair the computer
It is working wonderfully now and I am so glad there's a place that I can turn to if something comes up. I think the the term "Doctor" is so appropriate.My brother and I are extremely pleased with their service and recommend them highly.
