"My laptop was very cranky"

My laptop was very cranky, I dropped it off at Computer Repair Dr, unfortunately shortly thereafter, the business closed down because of Covid issues.Their phone number had a very simple message that they were closed. My laptop was unavailable to me for close to 3 weeks. Not able to do P/T work etc. During this time I was not contacted by any one from the business. MMMM. I finely drove to their location to find out they were open, HUH? Another couple of days later finally my laptop was repaired. I would suggest that they implement a personal contact with their customers should an incident occur again. This is not local staff issues, but rather Management/Ownership.I would go to them again because of the staff.
