My computer was hacked and they knew just what to do. I called them first and they advised me over the phone what to do till I could bring it in to them. They knew just what to do to free my computer from the hacker. They were very friendly and professional, explaining everything to me so that I could understand what needed to be done. Took a little longer than I has anticipated for them to get to it, but worth the wait for their excellent and trustworthy service. Now it runs fine and I have learned a valuable lesson. Great job!

Great service. Computer repair doctor really helped me in making my pc work again. It was my work pc and it was still new. I did not want to buy another pc because setting it up would take forever. I took it to them and they had oit back in 4 days working perfectly. Thank you for your great service.

Computer Repair Doctor quickly diagnosed the problem with my MBP and provided me with an estimate. I was initially sticker shocked but quickly realized the repair was much cheaper than replacing my machine.
When CRD informed me that they had received the wrong part and the repair would be delayed I was concerned that the cost would go up.
Computer Repair Doctor stuck by their estimate and now my 2015 MBP works like new.

It really is a computer doctor. My pc just went blank one day while I was using it and it completely refused to start. I took it to several repair shops but nothing ever happened. They were all unable to fix. That is untill I took it to this repair shop and they fixed it in just 3 days. I was so glad. This has been my prefered repair shop ever since.
