"This is my second time purchasing from…"

This is my second time purchasing from Moda and I must say that not only are we satisfied with the quality and like for like real to photo items, but the pre sales and after sales were incredibly pleasurable due to the person that assist me in every step! Wado is your guy and I remembered him from our first purchase which was quite substation and he was not only professional but new his products inside and out, made the order so stress free and everything arrived quickly and in perfect order!
This is exactly why I returned to Moda for an even bigger order and I asked you speak with Wado personally and very happy that he was still there, very much looking forward to this summer to enjoy the new furniture and already reserving a few more items for my third order ! Thank you so much Wado. Speak to you soon

"Very disapointed "

Similarly to other customer reviews, I ordered a Christmas tree on Christmas day while there were sales. I was emailed to be informed that the stock they had anticipated to be delivered would no longer be received; therefore, I could either cancel, choose another tree from their store (nothing like what I ordered) or receive store credit. I have emailed multiple times and heard nothing back, but they proceeded to take money out of my account. Today I have called to be told my emails had been going into junk and that I will receive my refund.

I had never shopped with this company before and unfortunately I will not moving forward.

"Conservatory Furniture …"

Called into Moda for conservatory furniture, we already have furniture from Moda in the garden that we bought in 2021 and it still looks like new. We found exactly what we were looking for.Madelyn was very helpful and very pleasant and made the process very easy. I would always recommend MODA .

"I spoke to Wado at Moda"

I spoke to Wado at Moda, who is part of the department dealing with bespoke orders outside of the standard sets. What a friendly and helpful person. He talked me through different options to make sure I was selecting the right variant, talked me through the usefulness of the covers. He checked the next day whether I had been able to place the order and amended if for me when I missed something.

"Hopeless Delivery Service"

Bought patio set with fire pit table and paid for the premium service to get it put together and packaging removed. Please do not pay for this service as it was a complete shambles from start to finish. 3 visits later I am still left with the packaging , the furniture is finally installed but wouldn't have been if I hadn't provided them with my tools to complete the work.3 days off work over 3 weeks for a premium service. God knows what the normal service is like. Dont pay for it!!
Update 30/01/2025 - Thanks to a very professional lady called Georgina everything is now sorted. The furniture is in place and looks wonderful. Highly recommend the furniture

"Be WEARY of this company "

Only sent part of my order. They offered me a credit note to spend with their company but because I’ve refused the credit note , they stopped answering my emails.
I’ll just contact the credit card company instead.

"Christmas Tree "

We paid for a Christmas tree which was in their post Christmas sale. 26/12/24 .However it did not arrive. We then contacted them via phone as they were not responding to emails. They offered two different trees which were not the same set up. So we asked for our money back. No reply at all. They did contact us after this review. Finally got my money back. With £7 extra as a apology.

"Parts of my order missing/problem now solved"

I ordered 2 led star lamps, only one arrived in the box, this was a week ago, I have tried ringing Moda on 8 occasions over different days, an automated voice answers and then when put through, you get some kind of engaged tone every time. I have emailed, now, 4times and these have been answered by Sana, she assured me a week ago it had been passed to the relevant team, I heard nothing, when I emailed her back she asked for information I had already provided in my email and the photographs attached, ( amely a photo of the packing slip, there was none!), and stated she would sort the problem out, (I thought the relevant team were sorting it out 3 days previously), I explained in a further email that I really needed the second lamp I have already paid for, as they are to go into 2 windows side by side in my lounge, and I was worried with all this time wasting Moda will say they are now out of stock, I have heard nothing back so far, this was 2 days ago….this seems similar to a complaint already posted here a few hours before mine…and looking at some other complaints it’s extremely difficult to get a refund….i have rang again, 3 times this morning, same problem, engaged continuously, what do you have to do with this company to actually speak to someone that can give decent customer service

Update: True to her word, after my posting on Trustpilot, Georgina rang me, what a difference one person can make, she tracked down another LED star and got it posted to me immediately, in fact, it’s just arrived this morning, she also advised me she had added a £20 credit to my Moda account to spend on any item they sell, she was polite, friendly and very efficient, she rang me twice, both times after her work hours had finished as I was not home until 5.30pm, so went above and beyond, we need more people in customer service roles like her
