We ordered our garden furniture a couple of years ago and it still looks great. More recently, we've ordered a couple of accessories on separate occasions which were delivered quickly and as expected - both times, I received a very polite phone call from Moda to confirm delivery dates.

From order to delivery the process was seamless.
The guys delivering our table and chairs unpacked and took all packaging away with them.
The furniture is stable and looks lovely.
A pleasant experience from start to finish.

I absolutely love my Ledbury garden furniture can not fault the Quality . I have had my furniture good 5 years & still looks as good as the day it arrived. I’ve also purchased Granite stand from my parcel .

I have ordered a number of times but it seems the company has changed since 2023. It was difficult to understand the Moda assistant and it took a long time to find the account. Hope the quality of the product hasnt deteriorated

"I contacted customer services to chase delivery of large rattan storage box"

I contacted customer services to chase up delivery of my rattan cushion box, ordered August and still not received. I spoke to Arham, very helpful. Said the order was not expected at Moda until February 2025!!! I was very unhappy, lots of cushions needing winter storage. Arham has kindly arranged for me to recieve a large aluminium storage box to use immediately which will be swapped with the rattan one when it arrives in February. I agree with previous reviewers that Moda should not be giving delivery dates that they cannot meet. I was offered a full refund if I wished, but prefer to have storage to use now.

"Recently added to our existing range"

We recently ordered additional seating and a table to enhance our existing set. We are pleased that Moda continue to supply the same styles over the years and that they are modular which allows customers to do this. The customer service and delivery were efficient and friendly. The quality is great if you're in UK but we have the same set in France and it has not lasted under the intense sunshine, so we have had to replace some of the worst affected units which started splitting after about 4 years. But in England I'd totally recommend!

"AVOID AT ALL COSTS"

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
This company is an absolute joke. They falsely advertise items as ‘in stock’ to get your order, then don’t deliver with the agreed timeframe of the order.
The customer service team are incredibly rude and are not helpful. They promised to phone me back 4 consecutive days and nothing.
Still no furniture delivered and no refund either.
Save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere!
