"They stole £90 from me"
Edited to add 26/11: they have got back to me saying they didn’t have the lamp in stock when I bought it, offering me to make an exchange on the item. I asked for a refund instead and have heard nothing from them since, despite me following up twice. This puts them in breach of the consumer rights act 2015. I’ll be reporting them to trading standards and following up in small claims court.
Basically, don’t buy from this company, they can’t be trusted not to steal your money and their customer service will do nothing to help you.

Ordered a lamp on 5th November 2024. Still haven’t received the lamp. Their customer service has fobbed me off so far - appearing to help, but all I’ve received is an email from DHL to say they’ve been asked to deliver my order, but they haven’t got it yet from Moda. I still don’t have a delivery date for a lamp ordered over two weeks ago, this is unacceptable.

"Well worth the 2 hour drive"
We drove from the midlands to specifically go to this store, and we weren't disappointed. As we walked through the door, we were greeted by a friendly, smiling salesman called Wado. Immediately put at ease with his warmth, we explained the reason for our visit was to view the quality of their Christmas trees with a view to purchase.
Wado showed us all options on the large screens, synced to his laptop, and pointed out the display trees in the showroom. Having made our choice, he offered us a further 5% discount so we placed our order and look forward to our delivery next Friday. The showroom is spacious, beautifully appointed, and offers great choice across many aspects of home furnishings.
I have already recommended Moda to someone else and will continue to do so.
Would happily rate the customer service team, store, Wado and the whole experience 10/10. Simply brilliant.

"Moda won't honour their guarantee"
I purchased an 8 Seat Round Dining Table with Drinks Cooler and 8 Eton Chairs with cushions for the garden in June 2019 and initially I was very happy with the quality of the products. In the Spring of 2024 we removed the winter cover to find that the rattan on all of the chairs and underneath the glass on the table had started to break down. On the chairs the breakages were particularly prevalent on the top of the backs of the chairs, meaning that they would soon become unusable.
I thought that I would be able to get help with this via the Moda Furnishings 7 year guarantee, however when I contacted Moda, they refused to honour the guarantee because they had put themselves into administration, and then started trading again with the same branding, products, guarantees and website. The website had retained all of our details, including my order in the ‘my account’ section, and so I could not understand why the guarantee could not be honoured. They insisted that the guarantee was now invalid, because of going into administration and restarting the company, and that the only way for me to resolve the problem would be for me to pursue a Section 75 claim with the credit card company.
As part of the process, an inspector from the Furniture and Home Improvements Ombudsman carried out an inspection of the furniture, and confirmed that it was a manufacturing defect, that it was not repairable and that replacement using the guarantee was the solution. So buyer beware, the guarantee may not be worth the website it’s written on, especially if they go into administration again.

Additional note added: following the reply that Moda posted after my review, asking for my contact details, I shared my contact details with Trust Pilot straight away, so that Moda could contact me, but I have heard nothing from them.
So once again, their promise to help resolve the problem was an empty one.

I am happy to update my review for Moda Furnishings to commend Georgina for the help and support that she gave in helping to resolve my concerns. She was extremely helpful and genuinely wanted to find a solution to help me. Thank you Georgina!

"Avoid at all costs"
Avoid at all costs, we ordered and cancelled 3 days later in April. I hCe confirmation of cancellation from the branch. They haven't cancelled with the fince company ,today 9 months later they took £268. Can't contact moda. Just rings out and the branch seems to be closed!!

"Rubbish responce"
Wrong cover supplied, Moda collected item and promised refund which never came. Several phone calls were made and a promise to refund the money was made on each occasion, sadly it never happened.

Please refrain from purchasing products from this company. They have a history of declaring bankruptcy and subsequently changing ownership to avoid honoring product warranties. The quality of Moda's products are the worst in the market!!! No wonder they want to play this scam!!!

Moda's customer service went above and beyond. I had a 7 year old product, which needed a repair. They no longer had access to this product but found some old stock and found a solution. I have bought from Moda before and will continue to buy from them due to price and service.

"Warranty of no value"
We've just been informed that the 7 year warranty we had on our garden furniture we purchased in 2021 is no longer valid as the original company went into administration and the new company is not honouring the warranty. The warranty was the reason we chose Moda over other, cheaper, alternatives and now find it is worth nothing!
