We were due to go on holiday and had our hotels and travel plans booked well in advance of our travel dates. Covid 19 prevented any of this happening. We contacted Globelink who we have used for the past 4 years to ask if we could have a refund. After we had supplied specific information about our cancelled flights they immediately agreed to a full refund. No hassle, no waiting, what a great company!! We will definitely be using them again.

I will definitely use Globelink again. While I did not have to process a claim, I did interact with their customer service organization. They were excellent, very responsive. I had to cancel my policy due to the current circumstances and, even though I was outside the terms and conditions, they processed me a partial refund. I think this shows that the organization has concern for others not just the bottom line.

When our flights were cancelled and hotels closed due to the Coronavirus, we had no need for the travel insurance that we purchased from Globelink.
Our email informing then of this was promptly answered and after answering a couple of questions our refund was on its way.
An excellent service and we will certainly look at Globelink the next time we need Travel Insurance.
