we have been lucky enough not to have to make a claim while using Globelink but feel reassured by using it should the need arise.

This is my third renewal of an annual multi-trip policy. Super-easy to renew online, coverage clear, good offers for older travellers.
Also very easy to upgrade coverage if you decide to increase coverage eg from Europe-only to worldwide because you add a trip not previously planned

"Procedure needs Updating"

Globelink's procedure for a policy renewal if you have a pre-existing medical condition is unnecessarily tiresome and for someone living in Europe, it is expensive as it involves international phone calls, particularly when you are left holding, why?

I can slightly understand the telephone call for new Clients but not for a renewal when the condition has not changed, it should be easy for this to be confirmed online

Also why was the quote, 5 or 6 pages of it sent by post at a cost of £1.60 to our address in Spain when we already had an electronic copy of it, Globelink should think of the environment.
