"Brilliant service"
Brilliant service, I ordered a 'Unicomp Ultra Classic' board from them which is based on the old IBM Model M, which arrived quickly along with a free branded nail file and coaster in the box, which was a nice bonus.
However, the keyboard developed a fault after a while where the 5 key would not actuate correctly. Not to worry, however, as their RMA system worked great, with their support even sending me out a pre-paid label as I was unable to print one myself.
Unlike a lot of companies that just re-sell keyboards imported from China, The Keyboard Company actually has knowledgeable techs on staff, and 'Andy' was able to repair my board and get it back to me quickly.
The owner, Bruce, is also lovely, having met him a couple of times at events.
Overall, my experience with ordering from here was great, and I would say I'd return, but I won't be giving up this keyboard for many years to come!

Ordered a Unicomp Ultra Classic on Sunday, despatched Monday and delivered Wednesday with (free) tracked 48h shipping.
Received emails throughout, and was gratified to see tracking provided on their website (as Royal Mail's website can be tetchy at times.)
Could not ask for a better service. Cheers!

"Surprisingly good service -- Faulty 1st product but quick to rectify"
Ordered one of those vintage tooling Unicomps. One of the keys was faulty, customer and technical service was insanely quick and effective, shipping and return was on target.
Must say I will be comfortable ordering next time for F&F via these guys if/when I need to.

Ordered a Keychron K2 and received the product within 3 working days. The K2 had three defective keycaps but The Keyboard Company replaced them for free. I have to thank Andrew Davis specifically for his quick and great service.

Great personal service from Bruce and Helen. Answering my newbie questions and despatching my new keyboard gadget super quick. Very impressed with the service provided during the pandemic. Work from home is going to be a lot easier, only downside is when I get back to work in the office I am going to hate my work keyboard big time!

I purchased the Keychron K2 UK RGB Aluminium keyboard from The Keyboard Company. Honestly, the service was flawless and I'm very pleased this company exists. No seller that I could find sells this keyboard in the United Kingdom and I didn't want to purchase it from a company outside of the United Kingdom due to the potentially slow delivery times and other logistical challenges.
I noticed The Keyboard Company have an extensive list of 'indie' keyboards that you can't really get elsewhere. High street sellers don't stock these keyboards. Before making the purchase, I emailed the company and received a rapid reply from Helen B., who gave me some more details about the company and how to navigate the site (including information how to get the quickest delivery, and preventing me from purchasing a model that is out of stock). Helen was very friendly over the phone and within 24 hours of ordering the keyboard, I'm typing this review on it! Had I ordered elsewhere I doubt the delivery times would have been this quick due to current global issues and whatnot.
Again, I want to emphasise the value and extensive rage of products on their site. Helen's customer service skills are second-to-none and I can't emphasise how pleased I am with the experience. I'm writing a big scientific research paper and honestly this has lifted my mood - it gave me something to look forward to and now I want to use the keyboard, I'll be able to pour many hours into writing.
Thank you and I'll be ordering from you all again soon when I want to change to a different keyboard (I don't think I'll be changing from this for a long time though)!

Bought a Keychron K2 from them recently and I love it. The keyboard is excellent. Purchased mine late Saturday night, item was shipped Monday and received Wednesday. I received an email from their Sales team letting me know that it had shipped etc. Would definitely recommend them.

I purchased a mechanical keyboard which arrived within 48 hours.
After trying the keyboard I found it caused strain in my wrists and shoulders so decided to return it. There was nothing wrong with the keyboard itself, it just wasn't right for me.
Once I'd returned it I received confirmation from The Keyboard Company that they'd received it and it was awaiting inspection. After two working days I received a full refund.
I was more than happy with the way they dealt with the situation and would happily buy from them again if I found a keyboard that suited my needs.
