They put the wrong vin number during a renewal in 2022. When I went to renew the OMV said I had no insurance since 2022, and told me I needed to pay 1356.00 to reinstate my license. I called them almost every day for a month, in the end they said it was my fault and they couldn't or wouldn't correct it. I'm disabled and I'm a fixed income and these people basically charged me for insurance every month but didn't cover my car had I been in an accident I would of been screwed, to this day I'm still making OMV payments for the next 24 months. BTW when I went to state farm my insurance went down from 138.00 to 92.00 for the exact same coverage on the same vehicle ..I was duped, and customer service hangs up on you, lies to you, next stop the BBB.
