I joined freeway insurance one month ago. I paid a $530 deposit fee for the month of march 2024 my next payment was due in April without any letters, phone text messages or communication from them, saying that my bill would be due in April . Freeway insurance tried processing a payment on a debit card of mine that got stolen and could not process the payment because of the debit card lost . I was never informed or contacted about my insurance being due, so therefore they cut my insurance off without notification And kept my deposit of $530 and I drove three weeks with no insurance without being aware. Not one time did anyone try and contact me until after the fact that I was without insurance. The communication with these people are very bad. I really don’t recommend them. I’ve been with them twice and I have left on both times because of lack of communication, but they will definitely take your money without hesitation.. I definitely don’t recommend. Freeway customer service communicated with me after the fact that I had no insurance and they wanted to restart me a policy with more money down Out of my pocket. on the lack of communication from this company.

Be very careful with this company. Nothing is transparent, I took out a policy with them lately, then things changed, I wanted to cancel my taxi policy within the 14 days cooling off period. Guess what?!!! No deposit back, still carded me extra. What is the purpose of a cooling off period anyway? Is if you change your mind you should get your money back. Not with this guys. Careless attitude, and smart to mislead you. I have 4 years no claims bonus, they put 0. They just cowboys. My advice is be extra careful with these guys, Don t be a fool.

Marcia was wonderful. She was very helpful and very down-to-earth. Financial times are very hard at this time, And she actually cared about finding me the best quote. And rate, she could and done everything she could do too. Get it as most comfortable as she could. This was the most pleasant experience I have ever had getting car insurance, would recommend them to anyone

Es una lástima no poder calificarlos de menos 5, no compren pólizas con ellos, son una estafa total! Llamé para añadir un carro a mi póliza y se quedaron con el dinero alegando que uno de ellos no les hizo llegar el dinero a la compañía y habían pasado más de 15 días de mi pago. Me dieron un precio por renovación ese día que cancelé y era falso, lo aumentaron con 3 montos muy distintos entre 40 y 65$ más de lo acordado. Me dejaron sin seguro y me aún cuando ya había pagado y solo me enteré porque llamé para pedir el comprobante, es decir, mi póliza les aparecía inactiva, pero el dinero ya lo habían debitado de mi cuenta y nadie tenía una explicación. Increíble que esta gente pueda seguir operando con tantas fechorías cometidas en solo unos días a un cliente. No puedo imaginar a cuantas personas al día les harán vivir lo mismo. La peor experiencia! HUYAN DE ELLOS!!!
