I bought a couch. But a returned a piece since it didn't work in out setup. I returned it within 30 days of purchase. I contacted cozey about my return. They recieved it on january 29 and would take about 10 to get the money back. Close to 500$. It's been way more than 10 days and no one will get back to me. They say buy canadian....awful experience...not happy

The swatches took a very long time to get delivered once they were shipped .
One of the corduroy fabric swatches that I was very interested was not in the package .
The color of the missing swatch was a dark green

The main dislike was that yes it's written in the manual but no one reads that until it's time you assemble.. I had my couch delivered 2 weeks before I was going to assemble due to renovations only to find out the Chaise cushion is unusable for 2 more weeks after unboxing! A heads up would have saved me a lot of grief.
