Big problems. They upgrading their system and have been down for over a week. No one answers their phone and nothing is happening.

I use Equals for my business with 6 cards and it's a disaster.

I am now looking for another co to provide this facility

"Expense cards impossible to administrate"

Equals made their old platform (Equals Spends) obsolete and we have had to "upgrade" to Equals Money. Our sales team have Equals cards for their expenses which previously worked reasonably well. This new platform is diabolical especially for overseas transactions. The helpdesk is inundated with queries and slow to respond. We are actively looking for an alternative solution.

Allan is a great guy, easily reachable and he assigned me to an account manager, Paddy and both are helping me greatly with my transactions. Because the platform is advanced and naturally is different from other platforms, it may take you 1-2 transactions to get used to. Highly recommended.
