We unfortunately had to cancel our trip due to Covid-19. Ben was incredibly accommodating and he immediately refunded our money. I hope to spend time at his lovely flat sometime in the near future. Thanks again Ben!

À vrai dire je ne sais même plus quoi écrire comme message.
Je suis déjà à mon deuxième jour de vacances dans cette magnifique villa.
Ce qui m’a marqué le plus dans cette expérience est l’organisation de la réservation à l’arrivée sur les lieux.
À mon arrivée j’ai été reçu ma famille et moi-même pour la visite des lieux .

Les prestations sont identiques à celles proposées.
C’est une première pour moi et je pense que je continuerais à réservé mes vacances familiales avec ces professionnels Qui privilégie le côté humain

Ou trip to New York was booked in February before the pandemic was in full swing. This trip was booked for my anniversary with my husband. Booking this property was so easy and any time I had a question it was answered quickly. They were so accommodating in every way. Unfortunately due to Canadian travel restriction we can no long proceed with our plans for our anniversary so we’ve had to cancel our trip. We had zero issues canceling and it was done quickly and with great kindness. When we are able to book again, I will absolutely choose to book with Searchastay and Ben again. We can’t wait to visit New York and to stay at this prime location!
