"System not holding hair"

I've been a client since the 1980's and the last year the system loses hair and has bald spots before 2 weeks. The problem is in quality control and if the people were held accountable in the manufacturing end it would be a great experience for me ,Tracy,Mercedes and Sherry. If Frank would like to talk to me about the product that he is continually purchasing, I will be more than happy to educate him.

"Nothing is consistent ever"

I don't want to give u good reviews just because people who work there are nice.....the product is never consistence ever....sometimes is perfect and I wanna pay them more money than I should and sometimes or most of the time I think I made a mistake I should have tried some other company

I went to 2 other places b4 coming to HC, this place is, by far, over a above the others. Great service, excellent stylist (Barbara Rose), professional and confidential. Couldn't be happier.

"Misleading- expectations sold was polar opposite to reality"

To be honest: I want my money back or some compasation based on days I suffered. I am associated withe media and will be designated as a public figure pending upcoming media work. I purchased upfront the recommended product to address concerns I shared prior to purchase. The most expensive solution (surgery/transplant) is starting to look cheaper to pursue than the solution I paid for.
I'm being upfront and honest: I received this survey weeks ago debating if i should submit it. The staff at HCM was very friendly and accomodating, but I got mislead with expectations. I paid in full for something that was suppose to be a non-surgical solution that would require maintenance over time; I understood it's a process to get things right and see desired results. I was told this is a "solution' vs "temporary" or "conditional rental" .... The actual "scope" of maintenance and what the purchase actually paid for was the disappointment because everything is looking "temporary" or just falling under "on-gping services". The yellow flag for me was when I asked about "how long this product would last that I purchased?" and answer I got was "it depends..." The venues I attended where the product really had to "function well", it failed more than it won. I was hiding what I paid for in public spaces because it didn't hold, it changed in volume (size) which compromised the purpose of having it.
To conclude, I was asked to start a new contract while current is pending to expire due to 2 months required to create replacement product due to anticipates wear and tear...this is a sensitive topic because I like the whole staff, but I feel like sharing my experience with the media because what you are paying for isnt clear and absolute. Even at this time, I don't know if the product I have is mine to keep vs it's only good for the contract?

"Sales vague and aggressive"

I did not receive what I was promised by sales. My hair was so thick I looked like a where wolf. The second piece still looks way to thick. The adhesive is bright white so it's embarrassing so now I wear a ball cap. "Customer Relations" doesn't return calls or emails.
Sales did not explain fully what the procedure is. I had to sign a document the moment before my head was shaved. Nor was I informed by sales the costs after the first six months. I have buyers remorse big time. Stay away I tell everyone. Social media is next.

"Very slow shipment on hair systems"

I ordered my first system on November 30, 2016. It is now February 14, 2017, 11 weeks later and I still don't have it! Very frustrated!

"expectations delivered"

I started with Hair Club somewhat skeptical about what they could do but figured it was worth a try. During the initial consultation, they were very upfront & honest about what they could accomplish and gave me a list of options that were suitable for me. I could do as little or as much as I wanted to. No pressure to choose one way or the other or even to keep coming. I chose to get monthly treatments so my scalp & hair could become healthy. The stages of hair regrowth happened just as they said it would. No surprises or disappointments. I can see changes in my hair, so glad I took that risk!

"My Hair Club Review"

With new management coming in I can't give you a review, but the old management was good. Seemed to get me in when my program allowed me. Hair stylists are courteous and helpful.

"Financing"

Was told that the financing was no interest for 6 months. However after 4 months, "accrued" interest was added to my bill (over $225.00). Was not told that the interest would be accrued interest. When called to see why, HC said talk to credit company and credit company said talk to HC. Credit provider was very rude. When asked to close my account after paying in full, I was told that I could not until after a month just in case I cancel the payment. After the month I called back to close to have remove from my credit. I was told that I still couldn't close the account and they didn't report to the credit bureau. Saw the debt on my credit report and called a third time and they said that it will close. Asked for a closeout letter was told there was no such thing. Asked for Manager and then all of a sudden, there is a closeout letter. This still represent the HC

"Less hair than when I started"

The employees were all nice, but nothing they tried worked. I spent a lot of money and time and wound up with less hair than when I started. I still see all the Hair Club commercials where they practically guarantee success. I got the exact opposite. The only suggestion at the end of the treatment was that I enroll in an even more expensive and time consuming course.
