"Terrible customer service when things don't go to plan"

Everyone is really sweet when they want your money, but the level of service when things aren't working is completely unacceptable. They will just tell you how you're the one and only person in the world their products don't work for and there's absolutely nothing they can do. When they finally admit they didn't do the right evaluation to make sure the solution they sold you will work for your hair, they make you jump through hoops and wait for months for any kind of resolution. I've never seen such a lack of communication and poor customer service from a management team member before. Save your time and money, this is a scam.

I reluctantly invested the time and money to go through Hair Club's program. I committed to the process and seen results. Yes, it would be nice to have my hair restored to its original glory, but that's not realistic. I seen improvement in the quality and strength of my existing hair as well as less hair shedding. Things have seemed to stabilize. The folks I interacted with at my particular location were excellent. Friendly, reassuring and discreet.

Sloppy, inconsistent service, not ordering matrices with correct colour, cannot get preferred stylist -- seem to get inexperienced ones. Lack of oversight at location management level, I've needed to escalate complaints to higher level.

The service and staff are extremely helpful and great instructing regarding hair care. I have noticed the hair piece quality varies effecting appearance, texture, and maintenance. Some months it's great and other months I cannot wait to change hair pieces. Discussion with the staff quickly demonstrates it's beyond their control.

I never got the hairstyle that I requested. I was given books to pick out styles but never got the one I requested. I had a stylist who was not qualified to be a beautician. She did not know what she was doing and gave me a style that I hated even though I showed her the one I wanted.
During my initial visit I asked if I could have the same stylist every time and was told that I could if I requested it. I requested a certain stylist every time but never got her and when I asked why I was not given an answer.
My overall experience was not good at all.
Also it is very expensive! I will not recommend you to anyone never. It was a horrible experience for me.

"Changed my Life"

Going to Hair Club has definitely changed my life. I was so nervous when I first went and actually cried at the consultation appointment. Your staff person assured me that I would be very happy after my first appointment. I was pretty nervous going but by the end of my 1st appointment I was amazed. I felt like a new person and years younger. Hair Club has given me a new outlook on life and now I love my hair. A huge thank you to Lana who is a wonderful stylist and really understands me and to all the staff who make me feel so comfortable when I come in.

I've been a member for almost a year now, I think. I have no complaints, I am very happy with the treatment I get when I arrive, during and when am leaving. I would love to work for the company and I have no problem being use as an example for new clients. Due to the fact, that I know how the client feels when they first get there and everything is explained. After, the explanation is just not the same as when you actually speak to an actual member.

Stop showing those women commercials with those ugly wigs on !!!! Trying to make people think that your treatment has their hair growing... it's plain to the eyes that they are wigs they are wearing.. so get Real and share this review.
