"Changed My Life..."

I have been going to HCM for over 15 years, my hair started thinning and I had tried several hair growing methods but nothing was working. I came home one day and my mother-in-law had set an appointment for a consultation...I was shocked but kind a glad she did it, knowing how much this was bothering me. I went in and met with a consultant and decided to move forward... know one ever knew I had this done...not one person asked not even my kids.... yes it took time for me to get use to my hair but now in my 50's I have people always thinking I am much younger, I have had hairstylist say "now you have good hair"..what a compliment to the staff at HCM...thanks much for all you do!

I have a saying; If I do not take care of myself there is not anyone else that will. My hair was thinning I looked at various options and selected Hair Club. I am delighted with the results and think the investment is well worth the cost. No one knows I use the product that includes friends and relatives. I would recommend this to anyone that is thinking about looking into Hair Club.

The staff is always very helpful and courteous but the person I needed to talk with to answer my question was not in and the voice message line was garbled so had to call back and ask if they could deliver the message to the person.

I was not informed about all the possible option. They suggested that I had to automatically go to the most expensive treatment without informing me of the other possible option. I was only informed after I had accepted the most expensive option, but was told for future.

Ashley Fuller at the Raleigh Hair Club is the best stylist. She styles my hair exactly like I want it. She is a delight to be around.

I have been a client in the Seattle area for the past twenty years. During that time I have seen many changes in the business. When I first became a client I was given first class treatment on a very personal scale. As time went by the facility moved to a less impressive building located off the main strip of a shopping Mall. The franchise was purchased from the private owner and became a corporate docility. The result was less personal service, less friendly staff, and decreased attention to facility cleanliness. Very little attention was given to indoor decor or seasonal decorations. At times staff members would complain to me regarding pay and supervision.
The last six months it appears to me the facility and staff have improved. Cleanliness is much better and the office decor is improved. Thre new receptionist, Penelope, iS a giant step forward!
However, when spending over $300 an appointment I expect t feel appreciated and special rather than just another "number". I like to fly first clas rather than coach!

When you come to the hair club they make you feel comfortable and they also treat you with a lot of respect. I had very great experiences with the different girls that did my hair. Most of the time I left satisfied. I will definitely recommend the hair club to others.
