After meeting with Hair Club my initial thought was this should be ok. I met with the Hair Club Representative (HCR) and she was polite, friendly, and cheerful, however, she is not a doctor or anthing like that. She is a sales person 100%. After her sales pitch, I met with the stylist, who, at first, I thought just walked in after living on the streets for 5 years. That first opinion is a hard one to shake. And then the SHOCK VALUE... it would cost around $6000/yr with the first year rounding out to about $10,000 with the setup fee. This they do not tell you until the end.
I left feeling slighted. Almost cheated like.

Not a company to be trusted. They also use workers from China, that's were they send the "hair" to get made. Bad experience, one-after-the-other, they did not listen to me or my concerns, just kept telling me "they can fix anything!" NOT!!!!! My stress became worse after joining this club.

"Decent products. Below average customer service"
Products are reliable and do result in improvements. Customer service for monthly hair appointment is below average. Front office employee is horrible at dealing with customers. She is obviously not interested in any conversation, does not smile or appear friendly and god forbid you need to make your next appointment with her. She gets obviously frustrated if the days you choose are booked and you keep trying to find an open slot.
