Although I was advised that the amount I was being billed included "EVERYTHING" - it did not. The post-operation hair care woman must have been working just for TIPs. If this is the case tell the customer UP-FRONT! Why let us "discover this later?" The fees are high enough to cover that aspect, aren't they????

I have been a member of hair club for a number of years moved to Florida nine months has been visiting maitland salon for the past two .months , my stylist is awesome she pays attention to the style I.want and explain the use of the products to maintain my hair the office manager is very professional and made very comfortable on my first visit

"horrified - feel cheated"
Jun - 2016 - Rose Marie in new Hyde Park promised me a world how wonderful hair piece will be on my head with existing hair! I asked for sample - non was shown. I was told a thin strip at the edge to be glued on! a thin strip turns out to be 3/4 inch or 1 inch thick with edges wrapped around on tape and glue over it! My hair is pulled and cut and shaved every time I go! totally unexpected totally unacceptable. I sit there for hours in a room with inexperienced young girls wondering why did I allowed myself to be cheated by hair club! all false promises - was never told how hard it is when hairpiece is pulled off! I was happy with my hair links. I now do not have an option except hairclub. One day I will go to small court to stop hairclub from cheating clients! Curly horrible hair I cannot manage and sit in the office for 2 hrs waiting for hairstylist to pull off the glue!

Some of the stylists are great,
Others appeared inexperienced and need to take the time to listen to clients and work with them towards a positive experience
I was treated very poorly by one of the Management staff and was left in shockby the way in which I was spoken to after expressing a concern I had.

I am only in my first month so there is not that much difference as of yet to rate you on. It would be best to ask me again in 4-6 months so I can see how the transplants take.
