My experience with MD Live was awesome!! Dr called me right away and cared about what I was dealing with. Prescribed me the correct medication and saved about 4 hours of my day not having to go to the clinic.

Only problem was the initial connection with the phone. doctor had to call me back and then still had to do some adjustment at her end to hear me. After that is was simple and quick and she wrote me a script and sent to my pharmacy. Very polite and thorough. Thank you. Saved me 2 hours of driving to my doctor's office for an exam all for poison ivy.

Great phone visit. Diagnosis and suggestions were right on Medication was at the drug store when promised Very pleased Just hope that MDLive billed my insurance company for the visit

Got signed up, with info, pictures of issues of why we need appointment, and got to talk to the Dr. within minutes. Was great to have her review and get scripts right over to our 24hr pharmacy. 5 days later all is going well and hoping to continue watching for issues, but hoping we are in the clear. I appreciate the after hours convenience/after long holiday weekend ease on getting care that is not a true emergency and can be seen from comfort of home. Thanks so much

great zero cost option to talk to a doctor. High deductible insurance is worthless for minor issues so its great to have this option. Keep it at no cost please

Website said you could call for help with UTI but I was charged 44 dollars to be told that I needed to go to Urgent care. Very misleading! It was a complete waste of time.
