"MD LIVE Experience"

I was very pleased with the MD Live assistance I received. The process was easy. Everyone assisting me were very helpful, professional, and completely explained the process. The doctor called me in less than 10 minutes and was very helpful, patient, and professional. This was my first time using this part of my health insurance, and will surely not be my last time. Thanks to all for a job well done!

The representative I spoke with was Awesome and she really listened to what I told her about what was going on with me.. The Dr I spoke with was ok, he did tell me to get to the ER .. I thought he would speak with me on FaceTime so he could really see me…

I dreaded waiting in my car for an appointment and and my headache and sinus pressure were getting worse. I needed to go to work and wasn’t sure how I could manage getting seen and still make it in on time. The doctor called within 3 minutes, listened, then answered my questions making sure I was comfortable with the course of action to take. A script was ready in 30 minutes, I made it to work on time, and my antibiotic was started right away. Why waste time and $ when you can get immediate help.

This service is awesome. Especially for those times when you are certain the diagnosis. I knew I had pink eye and they were able to prescribe medicine.

The person, female taking my info/request did not seem able to handle , however, after hanging up, received a call from a 'doctor', female, that discussed my request for Ivermectine, denied RX. Said to call back if intestinal issues occurred, ie, cramping, diarrhea .
My sources via TV, internet feel Ivermectine very helpful if become Covid infected. Want to be prepared. Current Scripps Medical does not treat with therapeutics, ......on our own, basically. Regeneron or mono clonal are at hospitalist discretion if hospitalized. I'm 82, most likely not a candidate
