My online appointment and consultation went great!… better than I expected. The appt was done on my phone app and had my call back within a matter of minutes. The doctor was very courteous and professional. All went quite well!!

This was so convenient…and safe. My husband has a terminal form of cancer that puts him “at risk” for any type of virus or illness. Using MDLIVE allowed me to get the care I needed while avoiding an office full of people! It was quick and the doctor was knowledgeable and friendly. My only wish is that the cost was equal to what a normal office visit is. Under my health plan my primary care provider requires no copay and Urgent Care copay is $70. MDLIVE cost me $82. However, considering the circumstances and convenience, the cost was well worth it! I’ll use MDLIVE again!

This was a great way to see a doctor! The only real issue I had was it would not let me enter my weight! Take the BMI off it. No one knows what their fat content is!! It was not letting me get to the next page even though I tried a million times to enter my weight and body fat. So that was SO annoying. Otherwise once I got a doctor it was great. Need to fix the pages where you have to write information

The Doctor was rude and acted like I was trying to scam him to get antibiotics. He asked me 3 times if I got vaccinated and every time I told him yes. He then asked if I had the card near me and I told him yes. What is the deal?

The doctors are very understanding , and kind.
This is so much faster than going to an urgent care. And I don’t have to leave the comforter of my home.
