Got a phone call from the doctor not even a minute after I set up my appointment online! Prescriptions were sent over to the pharmacy as soon as we ended the call. Very quick and efficient.

"It was an awful experience this time"

First, I’ve had 2 good experiences before. But this one was probably the worst I’ve had with all 3 telemedicine companies I’ve used. I called for a non emergency but very painful issue. I let the doctor know what had not worked in the past 3 days and he said he was sending in a certain prescription. The pharmacy called to tell me he sent an OTC Medicine, which turns out is what I told him didn’t work. I called customer service - they escalated the issue as they said it was a problem. The nurse that called back left a message to return her call but immediately sent another prescription. The number to call back was the original number that took 20 mins to get through only to have someone call back 2 hours later. My pharmacy was closed for over an hour at that point. The 2nd prescription is another OTC medicine… I know they are aware insurance won’t pay or the pharmacy won’t have prescription otc meds. I plan to call back in the morning but I doubt it will get me anywhere. I called on a Sunday because my doctor wasn’t available only to get no help. I’ve never had this issue with Dr on Demand!!!

I was suffering from a non-emergency medical condition, but needed to be seen be a doctor. It was a Sunday evening. I did not want to have ER charges. For the first time I tried MD LIve. It was perfect for what I needed. The doctor was knowledgeable, explanatory, and kind. Highly reccomend!

First time I have used this service and it way surpassed my expectations.
This service saved me a lot of time and pain. I woke up with a raging UTI at 4 am so I was able to go to the pharmacy and get my prescription at 09am.
I have to report that the 3 days of presciption antibiotics cured the problem.
Will use this service again.
